Shipping and Handling
Nina Segal uses USPS to ship all orders. We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options
USPS Parcel Post (8 days): $10.00
USPS Priority Mail (2 days): $14.00
USPS Express Mail (Overnight): $24.00

Warranty
Nina Segal warrants all unworn items from manufacturing defects up to 7 days after purchase. We will repair or replace items at our discretion.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Nina Segal Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an exchange authorization number to exchange your jewelry. Only unworn items will be accepted for exchange and must be returned within 7 days from purchase accompanied by a sales receipt and the exchange authorization number. You must pay your own return shipping costs on exchanges.
